01 · The beginning
I started every Monday with a new plan. New app, new routine, new version of myself — this time for real. I had the motivation. What I didn't have was a system that survived contact with real life.
02 · The breaking point
I did a body profile shoot. Best shape of my life. And I was miserable. What followed was two years of disordered eating and exercise addiction. The thing meant to make me feel good had become the thing breaking me down.
03 · The rebuild
CrossFit gave me back movement. Science gave me back food. Slowly — over years, not weeks — I built something different. Not a routine. A structure that kept moving on my worst days.
04 · What I know now
The problem was never willpower. Willpower runs out — that's its whole design. What I needed was a system that ran without it. So I built one. Now I share it here.
